Elliott Ennegrens short, quick shot in the 9thth minute got Christoffer Wiberg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Peder Bruse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Christoffer Wiberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elliott Ennegren in the 13th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Peder Bruse in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Christoffer Wiberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sören Benet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kurt Sjöberg in the 21st minute of play. When the match clock showed 23 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Leo Åkerberg sped through Gysinge FF's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Sören Benet. When Leo Åkerberg came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the FC Atwood fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leo Åkerberg couldn't finish the play. If Peder Bruse had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christoffer Wiberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peder Bruse in the 30th minute of the match. 33 minutes into the game, Egon Borre lined in a short shot 1-1 behind a frustrated Christoffer Wiberg. 37 minutes into the game, FC Atwood's Bengt-Rune Bryngelsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leo Åkerberg was the one to do the kick off. 56 minutes into the match, FC Atwood's Bengt-Rune Bryngelsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sören Benet narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Kurt Sjöberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sören Benet having to interfere. 60 minutes into the game, FC Atwood's Kurt Sjöberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sören Benet made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. FC Atwood's Christoffer Wiberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Egon Borre in the 64th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 77th minute, Elliott Ennegren managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gysinge FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Elliott Ennegren was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Christoffer Wiberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
