Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jack Alefors got the match started through his kick off. In the 4th minute, Carl Bäcklin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Roger Flink showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carl Bäcklin in the 7th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 13 minutes, Carl Bäcklin took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Roger Flink to make any attempt to save it. Kälarne's Roger Flink proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 20th minute of the match, managed to save Kälarne from getting a goal against them. Göran Johanssons short, quick shot in the 24thth minute got Roger Flink to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Kälarne's Sten Vase got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Skinnskatteberg's Allan Lundqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sten Vase in the 30th minute of play. Göran Johansson in the 33rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Roger Flink, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Roger Flink showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carl Bäcklin in the 37th minute of the match. Göran Johansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonard Holmgren's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roger Flink read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Roger Flink showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carl Bäcklin, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Carl Bäcklin charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Carl Bäcklin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Göran Johansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Roger Flink tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 54th minute Carl Bäcklin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roger Flink saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Mattias Harlén fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kälarne's protests and gave Mattias Harlén a yellow card for diving instead. Mattias Harlén hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. After having played for 66 minutes, Timmy Gustafsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Skinnskatteberg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Timmy Gustafsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kälarne's Roger Flink played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Göran Johansson in the 88th minute of play. 96 minutes into the match, Kälarne's goal looked a bit too open when Göran Johansson came free, but Roger Flink reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Skinnskatteberg fans cheered their team off the field, for while Kälarne had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
