Spectators: 6787 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1687, VIP seats: 100) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when George Modig kicked off to start the match. When Arne Törnblom fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sibbhult IFK's protests and gave Arne Törnblom a yellow card for diving instead. The audience was convinced that George Modig's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Egon Hasselqvist was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. 10 minutes into the match, George Modig had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Egon Hasselqvist. Sibbhult IFK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that George Modig was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 13th minute Ian Ahlstedt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Egon Hasselqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Ian Ahlstedt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. George Modig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Ljungskile's George Modig in the 19th minute got a chance for a shot 19th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. After a defensive mix-up in Ljungskile's zone, Daniel Nilsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Allan Salqvist came out of the goal and Daniel Nilsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ian Ahlstedt in the 28th minute of play forced Sibbhult IFK's goalkeeper Egon Hasselqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 35th minute, Pål Falkrantz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Egon Hasselqvist came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Ljungskile's George Modig. But to his dismay, George Modig quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 44th match minute, Ljungskile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ian Ahlstedt to maneuver through the defense.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Nilsson made a kick off. George Modig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Egon Hasselqvist having to interfere. Marcus Ahlerot charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcus Ahlerot the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 54th match minute, Sibbhult IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcus Ahlerot to maneuver through the defense. George Modig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 64th match minute, Ljungskile was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pål Falkrantz to maneuver through the defense. Ian Ahlstedt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Egon Hasselqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sibbhult IFK's defense didn't have a chance, in the 74th minute, when George Modig scored to the left of an out of position Egon Hasselqvist, making the score, 0-3. In the 78th minute, Viggo Granqvist ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Allan Salqvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Ian Ahlstedt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 84th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 86th minute, George Modig got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. George Modig struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Egon Hasselqvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ljungskile. Ian Ahlstedt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Egon Hasselqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ludwig Wiklund kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Pål Falkrantz hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. In the 96th minute, Viggo Granqvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle sounded Ljungskile left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Sibbhult IFK.
