Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Henry Nyman kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, Vrävarna United's goalkeeper Vilhelm Kilstedt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kåre Vedholm. When Henry Nyman, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 4 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Vilhelm Kilstedt was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. Kåre Vedholm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vilhelm Kilstedt didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kåre Vedholm went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Dennis Petersson charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dennis Petersson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Astral Claws's Jan-Erik Cane played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Åke Ahlén in the 25th minute of play. Åke Ahlén might have been able to make a better finish in the 28th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jan-Erik Cane. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Åke Ahlén ran back to his position shaking his head. Fred Svanström scored 1-1 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jan-Erik Cane, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Kåre Vedholm's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 34thth minute, Vilhelm Kilstedt skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Åke Ahlén in the 36th minute of play forced Astral Claws's goalkeeper Jan-Erik Cane to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Kåre Vedholm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Vilhelm Kilstedt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Vrävarna United's Vilhelm Kilstedt got control of the ball when Henry Nyman tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a rather tough play, Astral Claws's Mårten Åkerman got a free kick in the 46th minute. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When Åke Ahlén came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Vrävarna United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Åke Ahlén couldn't finish the play. In the 65th match minute, Astral Claws was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Håkan Tingelholm to maneuver through the defense. Jan-Erik Cane didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 72nd minute, which inside left pole to 1-2. Henry Nyman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vilhelm Kilstedt having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Henry Nyman in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vilhelm Kilstedt saved Vrävarna United from getting behind. Kåre Vedholm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Vilhelm Kilstedt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fred Svanström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Vilhelm Kilstedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kåre Vedholm in the 89th minute of play. After having played for 91 minutes, Fred Svanström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vrävarna United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fred Svanström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Fred Svanström came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Vrävarna United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fred Svanström couldn't finish the play. Henry Nyman struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Vilhelm Kilstedt didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Astral Claws. The Vrävarna United players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
