Johannes Hellström came free with the goalkeeper in the 47th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Folke Gudmundsson could save by the left post.

During the 51st minute of the match Karl-Erik Blanck completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Karl-Erik Blanck a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Guldhedens IK's Roland Skark proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 68th minute of the match, managed to save Guldhedens IK from getting a goal against them. Junosuando's Folke Gudmundsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johannes Hellström in the 74th minute of play.
