Per Bremming was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Ludvig Falkrantz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manfred Östlund in the 9th minute of the match. When Georg Bolander fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Holmsund's protests and gave Georg Bolander a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Happy Horse FC booed when Holmsund was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Georg Bolander didn't get a good kick on the ball. 11 minutes into the match, Holmsund's goalkeeper Per Bremming had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Per-Erik Lundberg. 14 minutes into the match, Måns Åhlberg had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ludvig Falkrantz. Happy Horse FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Måns Åhlberg was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. The Holmsund fans' excitement grew in the 25th match minute when Holmsund's Börge Collin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 28th minute, John Vidman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Måns Åhlberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Happy Horse FC's Ludvig Falkrantz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Evert Drake in the 35th minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Happy Horse FC's goal looked a bit too open when Börge Collin came free, but Ludvig Falkrantz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Happy Horse FC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. John Vidman hit a great ball. Ludvig Falkrantz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evert Drake in the 41st minute of play. When Happy Horse FC's Milosz Dziedziak in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Irinel Sava made a kick off. Per Bremming showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Per-Erik Lundberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 54th match minute, Holmsund was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Evert Drake to maneuver through the defense. Börje Deckberg got a throw-in 55 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Börge Collin. 57 minutes into the match, Happy Horse FC's goalkeeper Ludvig Falkrantz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Evert Drake. Per-Oskar Asklund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After some careless play in the Happy Horse FC defense, Stig Fransson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ludvig Falkrantz. The Happy Horse FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ludvig Falkrantz should have stopped the shot.
