Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) When Matthias Ryberg fell near the penalty area in the 3rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ballingslöv's protests and gave Matthias Ryberg a yellow card for diving instead. Matthias Ryberg hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Georg Eklund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jonathan Lustig's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Rectum IF's zone, Isak Nilsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Knut Wennerlund came out of the goal and Isak Nilsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Ballingslöv getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Matthias Ödmann hit a great ball. In the 8th minute of the match Staffan Waller sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Georg Eklund skillfully saved the ball. In the 11th minute, Rolf Tinglöv got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Rectum IF getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Tor Odman hit a great ball. Matthias Ryberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Knut Wennerlund made a huge save. If Isak Nilsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matthias Ryberg in the 19thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Knut Wennerlund, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Matthias Ryberg got free with Knut Wennerlund in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Matthias Rybergs short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Knut Wennerlund to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Matthias Ryberg came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Ballingslöv fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matthias Ryberg couldn't finish the play. The referee felt a red card was in order, 28 minutes into the game, when Staffan Waller put in a rough tackle. After 28 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Rectum IF! Matthias Ryberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Knut Wennerlund having to interfere. Isak Nilsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Isak Nilsson in the 49th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Knut Wennerlund prevented the ball from getting in the gole. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rolf Tinglöv stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Ballingslöv's goalkeeper Georg Eklund had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rolf Tinglöv. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isak Nilsson in the 55th minute of play forced Rectum IF's goalkeeper Knut Wennerlund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 58th minute, Gunnar Pedersson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ballingslöv's supporters rose to their feet, but Gunnar Pedersson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Knut Wennerlund breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Knut Wennerlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Matthias Ryberg in the 64th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the match, Rectum IF's goal looked a bit too open when Matthias Ryberg came free, but Knut Wennerlund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isak Nilsson struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Knut Wennerlund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ballingslöv. Matthias Ryberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience was convinced that Isak Nilsson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Knut Wennerlund was relentless in the 74th minute of the game. If Rolf Tinglöv had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rolf Tinglöv sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 88 minutes into the game, Rectum IF's Rolf Tinglöv nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Georg Eklund made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Ballingslöv's Matthias Ryberg got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 96th minute, Joseph Tingberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Isak Nilsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ballingslöv walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
