In the 49th minute of the match Malcolm Nilsson sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Tommy Enegren skillfully saved the ball. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Emanuel Rönn was the one to do the kick off. Tommy Enegren made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Birger Groth sent off a good shot on target. If Emanuel Rönn had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Emanuel Rönn came up free with the goalie in the 58th minute, the Johanneshov BF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emanuel Rönn couldn't finish the play. Ransäter IK's Tommy Enegren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Ransäter IK from getting a goal against them. Emanuel Rönn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Tommy Enegren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Ransäter IK were victorious despite being under pressure from Johanneshov BF for much of the match.
