With a couple of smart ball manuevers Harry Kane in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Björn Siöman saved Ljusdal from getting behind. Ian Mossberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edwin Dalkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. When Evert Blomqvist fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Finja FF's protests and gave Evert Blomqvist a yellow card for diving instead. Evert Blomqvist hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. If Edwin Dalkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Knut Ennegren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ian Mossberg having to interfere. Ian Mossberg made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Knut Ennegren sent off a good shot on target. Knut Ennegren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Ian Mossberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.
