In the 6th minute, Anders Lundqvist got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 7th minute Nils-Emil Dahlbom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernst Ugla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Erik Stephansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anders Lundqvist in the 11th minute of play. Albin Gustavsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Erik Stephansson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Albin Gustavsson ran back to his position shaking his head. Niclas Lang hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Kåre Målare managed to get in a good position for a shot. Öje's supporters rose to their feet, but Kåre Målare was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ernst Ugla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ernst Ugla came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by Öje's Viktor Sandström. But to his dismay, Viktor Sandström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Valdemar Johansson kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. In the 26th minute, Axel Sandwall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Axel Sandwall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Erik Stephansson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ernst Ugla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nils-Emil Dahlbom in the 34th minute of the match. In the 36th minute Eddie Kjellbom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernst Ugla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 38 minutes of play, Länna's Albin Gustavsson made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Erik Stephansson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gunnar Bohlin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Erik Stephansson made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Öje's Eddie Kjellbom got a free kick in the 47th minute. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gunnar Bohlin to make the kick off. Ernst Ugla made a fantastic save in the 52nd minute, when Viktor Sandström sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Länna's Viktor Gernberg got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Öje's Erik Stephansson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albin Gustavsson in the 58th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 60 minutes, Ernst Ugla successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Länna's Gunnar Bohlin in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Öje's goalie prevented a goal. Länna's Ernst Ugla proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Länna from getting a goal against them. The Länna fans' excitement grew in the 72nd match minute when Länna's Gunnar Bohlin looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Albin Gustavsson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Erik Stephansson having to make a save. Eddie Kjellbom succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-2 in the 84th playminute. When Länna's Gunnar Bohlin in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Öje's goalie prevented a goal. Chants of Öje echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Länna had held the ball for most of the match.
