Spectators: 7441 (Terracing: 5582, Seating: 1711, VIP seats: 148) Torbjörn Sjöström started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute of the match, Torbjörn Emander got a very nice opportunity to score, but Torsten Påk was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Tord Jansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Nösund's zone, Torbjörn Emander stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Torsten Påk came out of the goal and Torbjörn Emander tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Modo FF's Arvid Norberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torbjörn Sjöström in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute Torbjörn Sjöström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arvid Norberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Nösund booed when Modo FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filiph Falkrantz didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The crowd rose to their feet as Elof Wall kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Arvid Norberg. That made the score 0-1 in the 51 minute of play. Torbjörn Emander received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Torsten Påk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Torbjörn Sjöström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Arvid Norberg having to make a save. If Torbjörn Emander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Nösund's Nils Håkansson got a free kick in the 68th minute. The throw-in from Billy Lönn in the 71st minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Nösund's Jörgen Månsson. Elof Wall hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Mathias Samuelsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Arvid Norberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Torbjörn Sjöström was extremely unlucky when he, in the 87th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Torbjörn Sjöström who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 90thth minute tested the skills of Arvid Norberg when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Torbjörn Sjöströms short, quick shot in the 95thth minute got Arvid Norberg to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When Mathias Samuelsson came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Nösund fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mathias Samuelsson couldn't finish the play. The Modo FF fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Nösund were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
