In the 15th match minute, meldo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eric Benett to maneuver through the defense. Stellan Felin really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. With a little luck, Kilvik United's Rickard Sandberg got control of the ball when Mats Målare tried to sneak it across the goal line.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sven-Åke Fristedt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Rickard Sandberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-1. 85 minutes into the game, Torsten Hammarbäck cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-1. Rickard Sandberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Kilvik United's Rickard Sandberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerry Sander in the 89th minute of play. Rickard Sandberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerry Sander in the 95th minute of play. Rickard Sandberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stellan Felin, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Kilvik United players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for meldo.
