One of Grangärde BK:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Isidor AIK:s goal. The referee gave Isidor AIK a penalty, 20 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jonatan Jonsson, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Grangärde BK's Rickard Kling. 0-1. Håkan Siöberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tobias Ryberg having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jörgen Törnblom in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rickard Kling saved Grangärde BK from getting behind. In the 29th minute Jörgen Törnblom shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rickard Kling saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Grangärde BK getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Egil Hellbom hit a great ball. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Isidor AIK's goalkeeper Tobias Ryberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The Grangärde BK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Isidor AIK were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jörgen Törnblom to make the kick off. Grangärde BK's Rickard Kling proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Grangärde BK from getting a goal against them. After a defensive mix-up in Grangärde BK's zone, Jörgen Törnblom stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rickard Kling came out of the goal and Jörgen Törnblom tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 56th match minute, Grangärde BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Egil Hellbom to maneuver through the defense. 58 minutes into the game, Jörgen Törnblom recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rickard Kling. Jörgen Törnblom showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. The long shot by Lars Holmgren in the 69th minute really tested Rickard Kling's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Rickard Kling came out of the goal and Jörgen Törnblom tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Oskar Söderqwist fell near the penalty area in the 71st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Grangärde BK's protests and gave Oskar Söderqwist a yellow card for diving instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jörgen Törnblom in the 76th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rickard Kling saved Grangärde BK from getting behind. Håkan Siöberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Tobias Ryberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Jan Unesson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jörgen Törnblom in the 89th minute of play forced Grangärde BK's goalkeeper Rickard Kling to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Oskar Söderqwist was shown his second yellow card after 94 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 95th match minute, Grangärde BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oskar Söderqwist to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Isidor AIK had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
