Svante Petersson's late challenge caught a BK Badberget's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Svante Petersson helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Hjo BK getting a freekick after 7 minutes play. Svante Petersson hit a great ball. Hjo BK's Svante Petersson got his second yellow card of the match in the 9th minute. The referee ordered Svante Petersson off the ground. In the 9th minute, Svante Petersson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lukas Andersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcus Hjortberg having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, Lukas Andersson notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Hjo BK's Marcus Hjortberg. Marcus Hjortberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 19 minutes into the game, Kjell-Arne Lundin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Marcus Hjortberg was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Philip Myhr made an important save on a dangerous shot by Andreas Persson in the 24th minute. When Andreas Persson came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Hjo BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Andreas Persson couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Hjo BK's Robin Josefsson got a free kick in the 28th minute. Marcus Hjortberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karl-Axel Giöck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 39 minutes into the match, Lukas Andersson notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Hjo BK's Marcus Hjortberg. Marcus Hjortberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 47 minutes into the game, Andreas Persson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Philip Myhr. Andreas Persson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. The Hjo BK players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. BK Badberget were winning 1-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andreas Persson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Hjo BK booed when BK Badberget was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfred Browald didn't get a good kick on the ball. Andreas Persson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 61 minutes, Tor Ekeroth mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hjo BK and the BK Badberget players grew even worse after the yellow card. Tor Ekeroth hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. The supporters of BK Badberget booed when Hjo BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Filip Thedin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lukas Andersson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Andreas Persson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Philip Myhr having to interfere. Alfred Browald could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 81st minute of the match, but Marcus Hjortberg made a huge save. An unexpected shot in the 84th minute by Lukas Andersson got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Kjell-Arne Lundin received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Marcus Hjortberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Kjell-Arne Lundin slotted it home off the left post making it 1-4 in the 85th minute. In the 89th of the match, Kjell-Arne Lundin tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Marcus Hjortberg got in the way and made a wonderful save. If Andreas Persson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Philip Myhr showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andreas Persson, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Marcus Hjortberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lukas Andersson went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. The BK Badberget supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing BK Badberget would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
