The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 42 minutes into the match, Blue Saints's goal looked a bit too open when Jonathan Lange came free, but Ralf Rosen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Juoksengi RK booed when Blue Saints was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roy Bröms didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ralf Rosen was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Johannes Biörkman showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 46 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Blue Saints's Ove Klint got a free kick in the 58th minute. Blue Saints's Ralf Rosen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conny Vidman in the 63rd minute of play. Leo Bruse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ralf Rosen didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Conny Vidman went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. After 85 minutes, Jörgen Tunander mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Blue Saints and the Juoksengi RK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 90th minute, Jonathan Lange hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ralf Rosen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Roger Eliasson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Blue Saints's Ralf Rosen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Conny Vidman in the 100th minute of play. Dan Östlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leo Bruse in the 101st minute of play. Blue Saints's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
