Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Lars Täman to strike the kick off in the second half. Lars Täman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Karl-Axel Skytt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonard Engström in the 76th minute of the match. Holger Kalfhage fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manfred Skoog having to interfere. Olympique Lund's Manfred Skoog played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jens-Ola Kollberg in the 80th minute of play. Nils-Emil Eliasson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manfred Skoog having to interfere. With a little luck, Olympique Lund's Manfred Skoog got control of the ball when Holger Kalfhage tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 94th minute, Lars Täman ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Karl-Axel Skytt was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. The Olympique Lund fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Elden Ringers were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
