Tommy Nyman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Tommy Nyman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Gustavsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Olof Lundström in the 14th minute of play forced Bolltrollarnas BK's goalkeeper Tommy Nyman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 15th minute of the game. One of HEPATIT C IF:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Bolltrollarnas BK:s goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Olof Lundström in the 19th minute of play forced Bolltrollarnas BK's goalkeeper Tommy Nyman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sigvard Söderberg hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Anton Blom received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Jerry Nordmark tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 32 played minutes HEPATIT C IF got a freekick which was hit by Sven-Olof Lundström. Måns Barck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Daniel Gustavsson to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute Daniel Gustavsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tommy Nyman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Måns Barck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Måns Barck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Daniel Gustavsson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tommy Nyman. That made the score 1-2 in the 67 minute of play. Daniel Gustavsson kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 85th minute, Måns Barck got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Magnus Söderquist kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Måns Barck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerry Nordmark having to interfere. Anton Blom sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ermanno Angelini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jerry Nordmark took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ermanno Angelini, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chants of HEPATIT C IF echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Bolltrollarnas BK had held the ball for most of the match.
