The supporters of Kungsör booed when Taraps IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pontus Bergqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alexander Örn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Björn Fribäck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frank Kvick showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Håkan Lövgren in the 26th minute of the match. After 31 played minutes Kungsör got a freekick which was hit by Valentin Semeno. Alexander Örn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Charles Beckeman in the 32nd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stig-Åke Söderström in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alexander Örn prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kalle Majman lost his temper 39 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 38 minutes into the game, one of Taraps IF:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 41 minutes, Kungsör's Marcus Lööf got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Frank Kvick. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Håkan Lövgren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 55 minutes, Stig-Åke Söderström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Taraps IF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stig-Åke Söderström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alexander Örn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stig-Åke Söderström, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Alexander Örn stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stig-Åke Söderström's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Björn Fribäck scored 2-1 in the 66th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alexander Örn, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Alexander Örn made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stig-Åke Söderström in the 70th minute of play. Stig-Åke Söderström received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Alexander Örn came out and tried to block the shot, but Stig-Åke Söderström slotted it home off the left post making it 2-2 in the 73rd minute. In the 78th match minute, Kungsör was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valentin Semeno to maneuver through the defense. Tommy Söderqvist struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Alexander Örn didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Taraps IF. In the 83rd minute, Tommy Söderqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Stig-Åke Söderström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Taraps IF's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
