An unexpectedly hard shot by Agne Danielsson in the 11th minute of play forced Övids Änglar FC's goalkeeper Karl-Johan Söderman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Agne Danielsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fegen RK's supporters rose to their feet, but Agne Danielsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karl-Johan Söderman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 15 minutes into the match, Övids Änglar FC's Jens-Erik Hård sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Chanop Pannacharoenruk narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Övids Änglar FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fegen RK the free kick. After 19 played minutes Övids Änglar FC got a freekick which was hit by George Henriksson. After 24 minutes, Klas Kruse mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Övids Änglar FC and the Fegen RK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 24th match minute, Övids Änglar FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Klas Kruse to maneuver through the defense. The Fegen RK fans' excitement grew in the 30th match minute when Fegen RK's Arne Brogren looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. If Arne Brogren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Arne Brogren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Arne Brogren's late challenge caught a Övids Änglar FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arne Brogren helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Fegen RK getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Arne Brogren hit a great ball. Arne Brogren hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. Chanop Pannacharoenruk made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jens-Erik Hård in the 72nd minute. In the 81st minute, Klas Kruse got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Chanop Pannacharoenruk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Klas Kruse, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Jens-Erik Hård scored 1-2 in the 84th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Chanop Pannacharoenruk, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Fegen RK's zone, Klas Kruse stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chanop Pannacharoenruk came out of the goal and Klas Kruse tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Klas Kruse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Chanop Pannacharoenruk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stefan Sandberg kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match.
