Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joakim Forssberg started the match with the kick off. Rikard Källberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 3rd minute of the match, but Mattias Caspersson made a huge save. After having played for 10 minutes, Thomas Stenqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tanumshede FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thomas Stenqvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mattias Caspersson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rikard Källberg in the 16th minute. In the 23rd minute Ingmar Melin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kim Henriksson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hammar's goalkeeper Kim Henriksson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mattias Caspersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esbjörn Bäckman in the 30th minute of the match. Rikard Källberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Mattias Caspersson made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richard Hedberg in the 43rd minute of play forced Tanumshede FF's goalkeeper Mattias Caspersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Hammar's Esbjörn Bäckman got a free kick in the 44th minute. Tanumshede FF were awarded a corner in the 46th minute after Hammar's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joakim Forssberg took the corner. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Richard Hedberg made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Rikard Källberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mattias Caspersson was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 59th minute, Richard Hedberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Hammar fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. After 62 played minutes Tanumshede FF got a freekick which was hit by Håkan Lindgren. After having played for 64 minutes, Richard Hedberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. After 68 minutes, Håkan Lindgren mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tanumshede FF and the Hammar players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 69th match minute, Tanumshede FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Håkan Lindgren to maneuver through the defense. After some careless play in the Tanumshede FF defense, Rikard Källberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mattias Caspersson. The Tanumshede FF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mattias Caspersson should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kenny Kolberg in the 74th minute of play forced Tanumshede FF's goalkeeper Mattias Caspersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute, Kenny Kolberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mattias Caspersson was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. Alexander Axelsson hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Rikard Källberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mattias Caspersson having to interfere. Mattias Caspersson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Esbjörn Bäckman in the 94th minute of the match. Hammar walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
