Tage Lidberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fritz Ekström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dan Landin in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Daniil Lesovoy saved Bruksvallarna BK from getting behind. Torbjörn Hermansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th minute Dan Landin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniil Lesovoy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Köttrötterna's Tage Lidberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Köttrötterna from getting a goal against them. In the 47th minute, Bruksvallarna BK's Gustav Pilberg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2.

The wind increased when Fritz Ekström made the kick off in the second half. Jan-Erik Stålberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 56th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tage Lidberg. Köttrötterna's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fritz Ekström in the 57th minute of play forced Köttrötterna's goalkeeper Tage Lidberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
