In the 9th minute, Gunnar Bergqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ingemar Billberg's late challenge caught a Botkyrka FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ingemar Billberg helped the player get up and apologised. After 12 played minutes Skagersvik got a freekick which was hit by Ingemar Billberg. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Per Stenkvist in the 15th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Robert Frisck saved Skagersvik from getting behind. Per Stenkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Frisck having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Skagersvik's Jon Täman got a free kick in the 26th minute. Torsten Skog showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gunnar Bergqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. After a rather tough play, Botkyrka FC's Per Stenkvist got a free kick in the 38th minute. Torsten Skog took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gunnar Bergqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
The throw-in from Gunnar Bergqvist in the 52nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Botkyrka FC's Karl Löfskog. 53 minutes into the match, Skagersvik's goal looked a bit too open when Linus Sjö came free, but Robert Frisck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Torsten Skog made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gunnar Bergqvist in the 54th minute of play. The supporters of Skagersvik booed when Botkyrka FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thor Bergström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Botkyrka FC's Torsten Skog played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gunnar Bergqvist in the 59th minute of play. Torsten Skog came out of the goal in the 64th minute to try and stop a shot by Skagersvik's Ingemar Billberg. But to his dismay, Ingemar Billberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. If Ingemar Billberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Botkyrka FC's Ragnar Stabbe got a free kick in the 72nd minute. After a rather tough play, Skagersvik's Gunnar Bergqvist got a free kick in the 74th minute. When Linus Sjö came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Botkyrka FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Linus Sjö couldn't finish the play. 77 minutes into the match, Ingemar Billberg notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Botkyrka FC's Torsten Skog. Torsten Skog was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ingemar Billberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 83 minutes, Jörgen Björk mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Botkyrka FC and the Skagersvik players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 82nd minute, one of Botkyrka FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Botkyrka FC. Ingemar Billberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Gunnar Bergqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Skagersvik's supporters rose to their feet, but Gunnar Bergqvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Torsten Skog breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Karl Löfskog hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. Skagersvik's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
