Michael Bergkvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tor Beckström having to make a save. Martin Klementsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tor Beckström having to interfere. In the 22ndth minute of the game Alvin Vester who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Royal FC's Åke Vinström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Michael Bergkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Tor Beckström was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 30th minute, Stefan Elg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 32nd match minute, Royal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anton Apelkvist to maneuver through the defense. Martin Klementsson scored 2-0 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tor Beckström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 45 minutes into the match, Bredaryd IFK's Stefan Elg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Åke Vinström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anton Apelkvist during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Michael Bergkvist made a kick off. Royal FC's Åke Vinström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Elg in the 53rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Michael Bergkvist in the 55th minute of play forced Bredaryd IFK's goalkeeper Tor Beckström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 58 minutes into the game, Royal FC's Martin Klementsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tor Beckström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Kent Samuelsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bredaryd IFK's supporters rose to their feet, but Kent Samuelsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Åke Vinström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alvin Vester took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Åke Vinström. Åke Vinström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Joakim Bäckman kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Åke Vinström. That made the score 3-2 in the 73 minute of play. Anton Apelkvist kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, Royal FC's goal looked a bit too open when Stefan Elg came free, but Åke Vinström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Martin Klementsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Martin Klementsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Tor Beckström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Albin Billström charged in rather forcefully in the 88th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Albin Billström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 89th match minute, Royal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albin Billström to maneuver through the defense. Martin Klementsson took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tor Beckström. Tor Beckström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2.
