In the 16th minute, Sebastian Runberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 17 played minutes SK Wigör got a freekick which was hit by Tord Alén. The supporters of Bruket booed when SK Wigör was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tord Alén didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bruket's supporters rose to their feet, but Sebastian Runberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kenneth Björkkvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Reine Skager hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Jörn Vallander could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Olof Sikström made a huge save. Leonard Valler took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kenneth Björkkvist. Kenneth Björkkvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After 43 minutes SK Wigör's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Petter Alin who took care of the corner kick. If Sebastian Runberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

Kenneth Björkkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonard Valler in the 55th minute of play. Björn Allbom charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Björn Allbom the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to SK Wigör getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Björn Allbom hit a great ball. If Sebastian Runberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 66th minute of the match Roger Hedvall shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kenneth Björkkvist showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Sebastian Runberg succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 68th playminute. Leonard Valler blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kenneth Björkkvist having to make a save. When Max Wästerberg fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SK Wigör's protests and gave Max Wästerberg a yellow card for diving instead. In the 81st minute, one of SK Wigör:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for SK Wigör. If Sebastian Runberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 91st minute the ball was on its way in behind SK Wigör's goalkeeper Kenneth Björkkvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When Jörn Vallander came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the SK Wigör fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jörn Vallander couldn't finish the play. In the 98th minute, Isaac Bergdal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 99 minutes into the match, SK Wigör's goal looked a bit too open when Leonard Valler came free, but Kenneth Björkkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Bruket players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
