In the 13thth minute of the game Roland Bergqvist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grusvägen AB's Arne Hultstrand was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mark Bure in the 21stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Arne Hultstrand, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 23rd minute of the match Aron Ahlrot shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Arne Hultstrand showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Arne Hultstrand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wiktor Kiempe, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. The supporters of Becksvart Bois booed when Grusvägen AB was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gösta Berg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arne Hultstrand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wiktor Kiempe, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Arne Hultstrand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wiktor Kiempe in the 36th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Becksvart Bois's Roland Bergqvist slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Arne Hultstrand. That made the score 2-0 after 40 minutes of play. Becksvart Bois's Ludvig Lövkvist suffered a concussion in the 43rd minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. After 43 minutes of play Grusvägen AB's Gösta Berg was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Becksvart Bois's Peder Eriksson was substituted for Ludvig Lövkvist. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pelle Hjortberg to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Wiktor Kiempe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Hultstrand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Arne Hultstrand made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wiktor Kiempe in the 54th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mark Bure in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Arne Hultstrand saved Grusvägen AB from getting behind. In the 66th minute Mark Bure shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arne Hultstrand saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Becksvart Bois's Mark Bure in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Grusvägen AB's goalie prevented a goal. Wiktor Kiempe took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arne Hultstrand. After some careless play in the Grusvägen AB defense, Wiktor Kiempe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arne Hultstrand. The Grusvägen AB fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arne Hultstrand should have stopped the shot. 86 minutes into the match, Grusvägen AB's goal looked a bit too open when Wiktor Kiempe came free, but Arne Hultstrand reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Arne Hultstrand stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wiktor Kiempe's shot from short distance in the 91st minute. Arne Hultstrand didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mark Bure went, in the 97th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Becksvart Bois fans cheered their team off the field, for while Grusvägen AB had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
