Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Magne Pihl took the kick off in the first half of the match. Rune Östensson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jarl Göransson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Magne Pihl in the 9th minute of the match. Magne Pihl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jarl Göransson having to interfere. Jarl Göransson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Magne Pihl in the 15th minute of the match. Linus Lundin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Kurt Ekman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joel Falkrantz hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. 24 minutes into the match, Egil Åkesson notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Borås Östra Grabbar's Jarl Göransson. Jarl Göransson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Rivierans Guldgossar getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Egil Åkesson hit a great ball. A sloppy throw-in by Leo Linberg in the 31st minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Rivierans Guldgossar's Nils-Erik Stor. Magne Pihl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Magne Pihl recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jarl Göransson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Magne Pihl, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Egil Åkesson came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Rivierans Guldgossar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Egil Åkesson couldn't finish the play. Rune Östensson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jarl Göransson having to make a save. Magne Pihl succeeded in the game's 48th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Linus Lundin to make the kick off. In the 55th match minute, Borås Östra Grabbar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mattias Göransson to maneuver through the defense. After 57 minutes of play, Rivierans Guldgossar's Magne Pihl made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jarl Göransson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jarl Göransson came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Rivierans Guldgossar's Magne Pihl. But to his dismay, Magne Pihl quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Magne Pihl took the ball and in the 65 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jarl Göransson. Jarl Göransson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. After 71 played minutes Borås Östra Grabbar got a freekick which was hit by Kjell Andersson. After 73 minutes, Kjell Andersson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Borås Östra Grabbar and the Rivierans Guldgossar players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Rivierans Guldgossar booed when Borås Östra Grabbar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kjell Andersson didn't get a good kick on the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Magne Pihl notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Borås Östra Grabbar's Jarl Göransson. Jarl Göransson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Borås Östra Grabbar's Joel Falkrantz got a free kick in the 85th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Borås Östra Grabbar's goal looked a bit too open when Magne Pihl came free, but Jarl Göransson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 91st minute Linus Lundin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kurt Ekman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rune Östensson might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jarl Göransson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Rune Östensson ran back to his position shaking his head. If Magne Pihl had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rivierans Guldgossar's Egil Åkesson got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rune Östensson in the 99th minute of play forced Borås Östra Grabbar's goalkeeper Jarl Göransson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rivierans Guldgossar's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
