When Sebastian Lövkvist fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored UDDE FC's protests and gave Sebastian Lövkvist a yellow card for diving instead. In the 10th minute, Sebastian Lövkvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ralf Kjellman in the 16th minute of play forced Salles FF's goalkeeper Jonas Ekeroth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th play minute Makhaon Patrianakos came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Krister Bålström. 1-0. Makhaon Patrianakos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Krister Bålström having to interfere. Salles FF's Jonas Ekeroth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Myhr in the 23rd minute of play. Krister Bålström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Makhaon Patrianakos, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Lars Ahlbeck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Krister Bålström having to interfere. If Rickard Johnsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd minute, Makhaon Patrianakos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A throw-in in the 37th minute of the game was made by Villiam Andberg with Lars Ahlbeck as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ralf Kjellman made a kick off. Salles FF's Jonas Ekeroth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Myhr in the 52nd minute of play. With 60 minutes on the clock, Anders Strömbom commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 59 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Salles FF! Sebastian Lövkvist placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! If Rickard Johnsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lars Ahlbeck recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Makhaon Patrianakos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Salles FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Makhaon Patrianakos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Krister Bålström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jonas Ekeroth made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Rickard Johnsson sent off a good shot on target. With his leg Jonas Ekeroth managed to avoid a goal in the 99thth minute, when UDDE FC's Rickard Johnsson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. When the referee blew the final whistle, Salles FF could leave the field as winners, despite UDDE FC having more of the ball for most of the match.
