The supporters of AIK-BÄST I STAN booed when Kinnarumma FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Allan Söderqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, AIK-BÄST I STAN's Gunnar Forss got control of the ball when Dennis Gulliksson tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Kinnarumma FF players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. AIK-BÄST I STAN were winning 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Per-Åke Helström was the one to do the kick off. Gunnar Forss showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dennis Gulliksson, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After 52 played minutes AIK-BÄST I STAN got a freekick which was hit by Arvid Ekeberg. Jens Bergkvist's late challenge caught a Kinnarumma FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jens Bergkvist helped the player get up and apologised. Jens Bergkvist hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Oskar Lööf recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Oskar Lööf's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 66thth minute, Martin Bengtsson skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Martin Bengtsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oskar Lööf in the 70th minute. AIK-BÄST I STAN played a much better game than Kinnarumma FF and deserved their victory. The Kinnarumma FF players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
