After 5 minutes of play, FC Djuuuuuu's Gunnar Kruuse made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Magne Vallgren was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 10th minute Gunnar Kruuse shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magne Vallgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Magne Vallgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcus Ekrot in the 11th minute of the match. The supporters of Bajen Fans FC booed when FC Djuuuuuu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gunnar Kruuse didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leonard Skytt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Magne Vallgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Ekrot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Magne Vallgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gunnar Kruuse in the 22nd minute of the match. After 24 minutes, Rune Kihlberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FC Djuuuuuu and the Bajen Fans FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Leonard Skytt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Yngve Mossberg made a huge save. Henning Lindholm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yngve Mossberg having to interfere. After the first half FC Djuuuuuu were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Leonard Skytt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute, Rutger Västlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 55 played minutes Bajen Fans FC got a freekick which was hit by Valter Ödmann. Magnus Majman hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. If Leonard Skytt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marcus Ekrots short, quick shot in the 74thth minute got Magne Vallgren to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Yngve Mossberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leonard Skytt went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Gunnar Kruuse's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 81stth minute, Magne Vallgren skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to Bajen Fans FC getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Rutger Västlund hit a great ball. Magne Vallgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Magnus Majman in the 89th minute of play. FC Djuuuuuu's Rune Kihlberg got his second yellow card of the match in the 93rd minute. The referee ordered Rune Kihlberg off the ground. In the 93rd minute, Rune Kihlberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 96th match minute, Bajen Fans FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sakarias Classon to maneuver through the defense. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the FC Djuuuuuu players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
