Lakene IFK's Edgar Stephansson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard Mårtensson in the 14th minute of play. Richard Mårtensson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Edgar Stephansson came out and tried to block the shot, but Richard Mårtensson slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 16th minute. Richard Mårtensson might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edgar Stephansson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Richard Mårtensson ran back to his position shaking his head. Richard Mårtensson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Edgar Stephansson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Viggo Eskilsson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gunnar Nord. TrossoTonii's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Viggo Eskilsson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1.
