The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Sivert Blomquist was the one to do the kick off. 59 minutes into the match, Björnbröderna's goal looked a bit too open when Birger Jansson came free, but Byron Dobson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 67 minutes into the match, Gudhem's goalkeeper Oskar Åström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sivert Blomquist. Hans Carlsson's late challenge caught a Gudhem's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Birger Jansson scored 2-3 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Byron Dobson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Björnbröderna's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
