After 6 minutes, Mattias Eriksson made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Oskarshamn IFK's Kristian Lind tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Kristian Lind took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Felix Hafström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Kristian Lind didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Malmö FF's Haroldo Vale shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Mattias Eriksson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mattias Eriksson scored 0-4 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kristian Lind, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 29 minutes into the match, Oskarshamn IFK's goal looked a bit too open when Mattias Eriksson came free, but Kristian Lind reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Malmö FF's Mattias Eriksson got a good chance for a goal in the 31st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 33 minutes into the match, Haroldo Vale had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kristian Lind. Oskarshamn IFK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Haroldo Vale was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. When Mattias Eriksson came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Malmö FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mattias Eriksson couldn't finish the play. In the 40th minute, Georg Molander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Haroldo Vale took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kristian Lind. Kristian Lind dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-7. Malmö FF's Herman Bohlin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Svante Dalström in the 44th minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Svante Dalström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Herman Bohlin. Malmö FF's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Svante Dalström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-7. After some careless play in the Oskarshamn IFK defense, Mattias Eriksson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Kristian Lind. The Oskarshamn IFK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kristian Lind should have stopped the shot. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-8 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ludvig Kjellqvist stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Kristian Lind didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mattias Eriksson went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-10 was the resulting score. The supporters of Malmö FF booed when Oskarshamn IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ludvig Kjellqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 65th minute, Mattias Eriksson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mattias Eriksson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mattias Eriksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mattias Eriksson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 78thth minute, Kristian Lind skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 79th play minute Mattias Eriksson came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Kristian Lind. 1-12. Kristian Lind stood somewhat misplaced when Haroldo Vale came free in front of goal and shot 1-13 to the left of him in the 87 minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Haroldo Vale managed to get in a good position for a shot. Malmö FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Haroldo Vale was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kristian Lind breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 93rd minute, Malmö FF's Haroldo Vale ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kristian Lind. Kristian Lind yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-14.
