Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jonathan Bocklund started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Jonathan Bocklund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nya Frej's supporters rose to their feet, but Jonathan Bocklund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rudolf Mattsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nya Frej's Casper Bålström got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Casper Bålström struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Rudolf Mattsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Nya Frej. In the 13th minute, Viktor Falkrans made a precise shot to the right of Åke Ström. Nya Frej's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Anders Wennerberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Åke Ström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Holger Stabbe's late challenge caught a Djursholm BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Holger Stabbe helped the player get up and apologised. In the 17th minute, Holger Stabbe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Åke Ström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anders Wennerberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ludwig Bengtsson took the ball and in the 22 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Åke Ström. Åke Ström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Ludwig Bengtsson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Åke Ström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. After 29 minutes, Ludwig Bengtsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Djursholm BK and the Nya Frej players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Djursholm BK getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Ludwig Bengtsson hit a great ball. Åke Ström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ludwig Bengtsson in the 31st minute of play. Rudolf Mattsson was a little too slow when Örjan Collin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 32nd minute. The score was now 1-2. In the 38th match minute, Nya Frej was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stefan Jonasson to maneuver through the defense. Åke Ström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sören Lindberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After 44 played minutes Djursholm BK got a freekick which was hit by Anthon Berglund. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Viktor Falkrans during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the match clock showed 54 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Jonathan Bocklund sped through Djursholm BK's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rudolf Mattsson. With an all-out effort, Djursholm BK's Åke Ström threw himself towards the right post 57 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Anders Wennerberg, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 59th match minute, Nya Frej was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Holger Stabbe to maneuver through the defense. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ludwig Bengtsson got free with Åke Ström in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jonathan Bocklund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rudolf Mattsson having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Hans Östensson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Åke Ström was out of position in the 75 minute of play, and Viktor Falkrans capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Viktor Falkrans really showed his touch with that goal: 2-3. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonathan Bocklund in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rudolf Mattsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anders Wennerberg in the 82nd minute of play forced Nya Frej's goalkeeper Åke Ström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 87th play minute Ludwig Bengtsson came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Åke Ström. 2-4. Jonathan Bocklund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rudolf Mattsson having to interfere. Sören Lindberg kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Åke Ström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anders Wennerberg in the 94th minute of play. In the 95th match minute, Nya Frej was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adrian Haraldsson to maneuver through the defense. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Djursholm BK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
