Linus Lindberg was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Hannes Stolpe showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. Hannes Stolpe could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 8th minute of the match, but Linus Lindberg made a huge save. Otto Sandberg received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Linus Lindberg came out and tried to block the shot, but Otto Sandberg slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 10th minute. 13 minutes into the game, FC Nova's Hannes Stolpe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Linus Lindberg made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. After 17 minutes, Karl-Magnus Qvarnström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Östansjö and the FC Nova players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 17th match minute, Östansjö was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Magnus Qvarnström to maneuver through the defense. Hannes Stolpe had several of the Östansjö's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 21 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-0 score and a disappointed Linus Lindberg as he didn't even see the shot coming. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hannes Stolpe in the 24th minute of play forced Östansjö's goalkeeper Linus Lindberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Östansjö's Linus Lindberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Östansjö from getting a goal against them. Hannes Stolpe in the 37thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Linus Lindberg, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Hannes Stolpe received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Göran Jonsson during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After having played for 44 minutes, Hannes Stolpe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Nova's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hannes Stolpe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Hannes Stolpe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
The wind increased when Hannes Stolpe made the kick off in the second half. Dennis Norberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 61st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Linus Lindberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hannes Stolpe's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. In the 72nd minute, Hannes Stolpe left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Nova fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-0. 76 minutes into the match, Östansjö's goal looked a bit too open when Hannes Stolpe came free, but Linus Lindberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If James Rodriguez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. FC Nova's Hannes Stolpe got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edgar Odén sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Otto Sandberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Linus Lindberg having to interfere. After 88 played minutes Östansjö got a freekick which was hit by Ralf Wiman. If Hannes Stolpe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Hannes Stolpe came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the FC Nova fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hannes Stolpe couldn't finish the play. 95 minutes into the game, FC Nova's Hannes Stolpe nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot.
