Henry Kristiansson took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Charles Sigman. Charles Sigman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Åke Alin to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Spurs Sweden's Bo-Erik Östensson seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Bo-Erik Östensson the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Spurs Sweden protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Bo-Erik Östensson had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 52 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Spurs Sweden! In the 54th minute there was a penalty for Hanken BoIS. Karl-Oskar Söderberg kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. Henry Kristiansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Charles Sigman having to interfere.
