After a defensive mix-up in Heby IF's zone, Gandalf Grigio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Johan Abelsson came out of the goal and Gandalf Grigio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Heby IF were furious when Harry Drewitz was red carded, 15 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 22ndth minute of the game Johannes Norberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Heby IF's Johan Abelsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Johan Abelsson came out of the goal in the 24th minute to try and stop a shot by Team Torpa's Gandalf Grigio. But to his dismay, Gandalf Grigio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 28th minute the ball was on its way in behind Heby IF's goalkeeper Johan Abelsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Johan Abelsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gandalf Grigio in the 34th minute of play. Gandalf Grigio took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Johan Abelsson. Johan Abelsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Gandalf Grigio put it in 0-3 from a short distance just to the right of Johan Abelsson. In the 44th minute Johannes Norberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Johan Abelsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gandalf Grigio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Heby IF's Johan Abelsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gandalf Grigio in the 52nd minute of play. When Team Torpa's Gandalf Grigio in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Heby IF's goalie prevented a goal. In the 57th minute, Heby IF's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Johannes Norberg fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Team Torpa's Douglas Dahlberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claes Arvidsson in the 59th minute of play. Gandalf Grigio struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Johan Abelsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Team Torpa. With an all-out effort, Team Torpa's Johan Abelsson threw himself towards the right post 73 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Gandalf Grigio, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Emanuel Hjälm hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Johan Abelsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gandalf Grigio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Team Torpa's Gandalf Grigio in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Heby IF's goalie prevented a goal. 85 minutes into the match, Stanny Van Gysel dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Johan Abelsson, 0-6. In the 89th minute, Johannes Norberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Douglas Dahlberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claes Arvidsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. In the 92nd minute, Team Torpa's Gandalf Grigio dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. The supporters of Team Torpa booed when Heby IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claes Arvidsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Johannes Norberg got free with Johan Abelsson in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Team Torpa's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
