Spectators: 7818 (Terracing: 5865, Seating: 1798, VIP seats: 155) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Jens-Ove Näver got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd match minute, Strömnäs IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anders Enegren to maneuver through the defense. Greger Collin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jens-Ove Näver received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Olov Åström came out and tried to block the shot, but Jens-Ove Näver slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 7th minute. Karl-Oskar Hellsing kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Olov Åström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jens-Ove Näver in the 15th minute of play. Strömnäs IF's Olov Åström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Strömnäs IF from getting a goal against them. 17 minutes into the match, Greger Collin notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Strömnäs IF's Olov Åström. Olov Åström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Olov Åström was out of position in the 22 minute of play, and Jens-Ove Näver capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Jens-Ove Näver really showed his touch with that goal: 3-0. Olov Åström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claes Wall in the 29th minute of the match. In the 32nd minute, Joakim Hökqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erling Berggren kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. After 44th play minutes Jens-Ove Näver shot 4-0, a short shot which went by Olov Åström and just under the crossbar into goal.

The wind increased when Joakim Hökqvist made the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Östersunds FK got a freekick which was hit by Greger Collin. Strömnäs IF were awarded a corner in the 53th minute after Östersunds FK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Edmund Zagrobelny took the corner. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jens-Ove Näver in the 55th minute of play forced Strömnäs IF's goalkeeper Olov Åström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olov Åström came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by Östersunds FK's Claes Wall. But to his dismay, Claes Wall quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. 59 minutes into the match, Jens-Ove Näver notched a goal, 6-0, to the right of Strömnäs IF's Olov Åström. Olov Åström was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Strömnäs IF's Olov Åström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Greger Collin in the 71st minute of play. The supporters of Strömnäs IF booed when Östersunds FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oliver Örtendal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jens-Ove Näver scored 10-0 in the 85th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Olov Åström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Olov Åström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jens-Ove Näver in the 91st minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, Greger Collin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Olov Åström was frozen by the shot and now it was 12-0. 95 minutes into the match, Östersunds FK's Greger Collin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Olov Åström narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Östersunds FK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
