Ekhagens IF's Christer Salqvist pulled a muscle in his back after 7 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 7 minutes, Zé Augusto Rodrigues mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the HåWe 19 Sk and the Ekhagens IF players grew even worse after the yellow card. Ekhagens IF made a substitution. Håkan Molander replaced Christer Salqvist. Zé Augusto Rodrigues hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zé Augusto Rodrigues in the 12th minute of play forced Ekhagens IF's goalkeeper Henry Mattsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Henry Mattsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Augusto Rodrigues in the 13th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, HåWe 19 Sk's goal looked a bit too open when Numan Tayguner came free, but Lazcano Vidales reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, HåWe 19 Sk's Lazcano Vidales got control of the ball when Christian Kilström tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 29th minute Christian Kilström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lazcano Vidales saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the HåWe 19 Sk defense, Christian Kilström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lazcano Vidales. The HåWe 19 Sk fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lazcano Vidales should have stopped the shot. In the 38th minute, Ischy Maxbo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Henry Mattsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kevin Kjellkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Christian Kilström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 47th minute of the match, but Lazcano Vidales made a huge save. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kevin Kjellkvist was the one to do the kick off. Lazcano Vidales made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isaac Löfgren in the 55th minute of play. Lazcano Vidales showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaac Löfgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After 62 played minutes Ekhagens IF got a freekick which was hit by Nils Säv. Lazcano Vidales came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Ekhagens IF's Christian Kilström. But to his dismay, Christian Kilström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Ekhagens IF's Johan Pålsson was substituted for Edwin Kellbom. 78 minutes had been played when some careless play by HåWe 19 Sk's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Oskar Uggla was slow to take the kick. During this time Ekhagens IF's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Oskar Uggla got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Lazcano Vidales quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 80th minute, Christian Kilström made a precise shot to the right of Lazcano Vidales. HåWe 19 Sk's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Lazcano Vidales made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Kilström in the 84th minute of play. 85 minutes into the game, Rune Mellberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. HåWe 19 Sk's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ekhagens IF the free kick. Lazcano Vidales made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ekhagens IF fully deserved thier win.
