The supporters of Mordankan FC booed when Östergmalms FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Krister Karlstedt didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 9th minute, Krister Karlstedt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mordankan FC's Karl Löfgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Krister Karlstedt in the 14th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Lennart Kilstedt took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Karl Löfgren to make any attempt to save it. The audience was convinced that Valter Glanselius's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eli Fournier was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Eli Fournier showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valter Glanselius, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Valter Glanselius in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eli Fournier prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 40th minute Vincent Alebeck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eli Fournier saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 44 minutes, Vincent Alebeck made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Östergmalms FK's Eli Fournier tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Lennart Kilstedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl Löfgren having to interfere. Lennart Kilstedt scored 2-2 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Karl Löfgren, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
