In the 12th minute, Evert Låsberg ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cristián Monasterio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Philip Lind could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Uba Uba made a huge save. Norra Sandby FF's Uba Uba proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Norra Sandby FF from getting a goal against them. Aquatec FC's Cristián Monasterio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michael Finman in the 16th minute of play. Cristián Monasterio came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Norra Sandby FF's Michael Finman. But to his dismay, Michael Finman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. 19 minutes into the game, Michael Finman cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Cristián Monasterio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cristián Monasterio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manfred Vacker in the 22nd minute of play. In the 25th minute Michael Finman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristián Monasterio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Norra Sandby FF's Manfred Vacker in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Aquatec FC's goalie prevented a goal. 30 minutes into the match, Norra Sandby FF's goal looked a bit too open when Ümit Karan came free, but Uba Uba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Roger Häll notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Norra Sandby FF's Uba Uba. Uba Uba was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Roger Häll received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Uba Uba tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Evert Wester to strike the kick off in the second half. Cristián Monasterio made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Evert Wester sent off a good shot on target. 83 minutes into the match, Aquatec FC's goalkeeper Cristián Monasterio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Evert Wester. Uba Uba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tom Stabbe in the 85th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Norra Sandby FF's goal looked a bit too open when Philip Lind came free, but Uba Uba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 88th match minute, Norra Sandby FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timmy Lilja to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Norra Sandby FF getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Evert Låsberg hit a great ball. 91 minutes into the match, Norra Sandby FF's goal looked a bit too open when Philip Lind came free, but Uba Uba reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cristián Monasterio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgar Michnik, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Norra Sandby FF's Uba Uba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Philip Lind in the 94th minute of play. Cristián Monasterio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bakar Kaká in the 97th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Norra Sandby FF had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
