Seating: 1771, VIP seats: 153) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Gabriel Mickelsson got the match started through his kick off. Dan Bergstedt made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Anders Finsberg sent off a good shot on target. Söderala were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after Jämjö IFK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Kim Häger took the corner. The corner ended in Kim Häger almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Jämjö IFK's Dan Bergstedt did a great save. 8 minutes into the match, Jämjö IFK's goalkeeper Dan Bergstedt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anders Finsberg. Marc Östlund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Pelle Flinck in the 11th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Gabriel Mickelsson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dan Bergstedt. That made the score 1-0 in the 14 minute of play. Dan Bergstedt came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Söderala's Anders Finsberg. But to his dismay, Anders Finsberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. After 26 minutes, Henning Bodin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jämjö IFK and the Söderala players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Söderala booed when Jämjö IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Henning Bodin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dan Bergstedt made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Anders Finsberg sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Olov Strömbom kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dan Bergstedt. That made the score 3-0 in the 31 minute of play. Dan Bergstedt didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 36th minute, which inside left pole to 4-0. Pelle Flinck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marc Östlund having to interfere. Gabriel Mickelsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pelle Flinck was the one to do the kick off. John Hjortberg kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gabriel Mickelsson in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dan Bergstedt saved Jämjö IFK from getting behind. Dan Bergstedt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Mickelsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Jämjö IFK's Dan Bergstedt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anders Finsberg in the 61st minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Lennart Kruse managed to get in a good position for a shot. Söderala's supporters rose to their feet, but Lennart Kruse was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dan Bergstedt breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Gabriel Mickelsson put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Dan Bergstedt. A collision led to Söderala getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Anders Finsberg hit a great ball. The audience was convinced that Anders Finsberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dan Bergstedt was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Henning Bodin might have been able to make a better finish in the 86th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marc Östlund. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Henning Bodin ran back to his position shaking his head. Anders Finsberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Söderala's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
