Damian Sangrigoli might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benjamin Smed. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Damian Sangrigoli ran back to his position shaking his head. Billy Bryngelsson took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benjamin Smed. Benjamin Smed dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. If Johan Neeskens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Uno Mattsson in the 15th minute of play forced IFK United's goalkeeper Benjamin Smed to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benjamin Smed made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Uno Mattsson in the 16th minute of play. Kaj Gråberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torbjörn Eklund in the 20th minute of the match. Befruktas FC's Kaj Gråberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Befruktas FC from getting a goal against them. In the 24th minute, IFK United's Johan Neeskens ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Kaj Gråberg. Kaj Gråberg yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-1. In the 27th minute, Uno Mattsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Kaj Gråberg made an important save on a dangerous shot by Agne Hake in the 32nd minute. Kaj Gråberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Johnny Skark's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. Johan Neeskens hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Billy Bryngelsson in the 46th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benjamin Smed saved IFK United from getting behind.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Johnny Skark was the one to do the kick off. Befruktas FC's Kaj Gråberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Johnny Skark in the 51st minute of play. In the 53rd minute, Sven-Åke Häll hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Agne Hake came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the IFK United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Agne Hake couldn't finish the play. After 56 played minutes Befruktas FC got a freekick which was hit by Boris Kråk. After a rather tough play, Befruktas FC's Sven-Åke Häll got a free kick in the 61st minute. In the 64th match minute, IFK United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Torbjörn Eklund to maneuver through the defense. Kaj Gråberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johnny Skark, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 79th minute, Uno Mattsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Befruktas FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Valdemar Dalkvist hit a great ball. When Johan Neeskens came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the IFK United fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Johan Neeskens couldn't finish the play. IFK United's Benjamin Smed played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Boris Kråk in the 91st minute of play. A collision led to Befruktas FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Boris Kråk hit a great ball. 93 minutes into the game, Hao Xu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. IFK United's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Befruktas FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, IFK United's Hao Xu got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Benjamin Smed made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Billy Bryngelsson sent off a good shot on target. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
