The audience thought a goal was coming when Wawrzyniec Wielopolski got free with Leszek Jaruzelski in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 25 played minutes Ziajki SSA got a freekick which was hit by Wit Galagan. After 30 minutes, Waclaw Dubiel made it 0-2 with a short kick to the right side. Ziajki SSA's Edmund Kocieniewski tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 34th minute Herbert Redisz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmund Kocieniewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Ziajki SSA players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Suchelipie were winning 0-3.

The referee ignored Suchelipie's protests and gave Herbert Redisz a yellow card for diving instead. In the 69th minute, Herbert Redisz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Zula Antoszewski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Edmund Kocieniewski, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stefan Spychalski during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 93 minutes into the match, Ziajki SSA's Wawrzyniec Wielopolski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Leszek Jaruzelski narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zula Antoszewski in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leszek Jaruzelski saved Suchelipie from getting behind. Boleslaw Mietus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edmund Kocieniewski having to interfere.
