With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alfred Tokarczyk prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Teobald Ligas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfred Tokarczyk having to interfere. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Chants of RKS Radomiak Radom echoed around the stadium as the match drew to a close. Supporters and players were both delighted with the win, as Boca Juniors had held the ball for most of the match.
