Spectators: 7274 (Terracing: 5457, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 144) Michal Wojno started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a rather tough play, Huszlew's Radomil Plachetka got a free kick in the 3rd minute. After 4 played minutes Zagłębie Sosnowiec got a freekick which was hit by Wit Dulka. Huszlew's Marcin Purzycki shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 5th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Desiderio Loramendi but with some difficulty. Michal Wojno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Olaf Golaszewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Huszlew's zone, Konstanty Rode stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olaf Golaszewski came out of the goal and Konstanty Rode tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Michal Wojno received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Olaf Golaszewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24th match minute, Zagłębie Sosnowiec was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Wit Dulka to maneuver through the defense. Olaf Golaszewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Konstanty Rode in the 27th minute of the match. Desiderio Loramendi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Konstanty Pilsudski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 32 minutes into the game, Bogdan Solibieda cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Desiderio Loramendi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Olaf Golaszewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michal Wojno, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Desiderio Loramendi was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mariusz Babicki showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 38 minute of play. If Konstanty Rode had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Michal Wojno hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Konstanty Rode managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zagłębie Sosnowiec's supporters rose to their feet, but Konstanty Rode was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olaf Golaszewski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

58 minutes into the game, Mariusz Babicki cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Desiderio Loramendi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Michal Wojno came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Zagłębie Sosnowiec fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Michal Wojno couldn't finish the play. Michal Wojno got his second yellow card in the match during the 63rd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 64th minute, Michal Wojno hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Konstanty Rode had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Radomir Robak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. Olaf Golaszewski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of Zagłębie Sosnowiec booed when Huszlew was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Konstanty Pilsudski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olaf Golaszewski showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Konstanty Rode, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Huszlew's zone, Radomir Robak stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Olaf Golaszewski came out of the goal and Radomir Robak tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Huszlew's Olaf Golaszewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radomir Robak in the 86th minute of play. Radomil Plachetka charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Radomil Plachetka the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Huszlew fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 95th minute. Penalty! Jan Kuszczak walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Many of Zagłębie Sosnowiec's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Zagłębie Sosnowiec may have spent more time on the ball, but Huszlew were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
