Konrad Plachetka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulryk Kajder in the 10th minute of the match. In the 11th minute, Edward Ziemniak got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Ulryk Kajder fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Young Boys's protests and gave Ulryk Kajder a yellow card for diving instead. In the 13th match minute, Young Boys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulryk Kajder to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Pawel Michalski managed to get in a good position for a shot. GKS Gładysze's supporters rose to their feet, but Pawel Michalski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Barnaba Wiatrak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wincenty Skrzypiec, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. The wind increased when Wincenty Skrzypiec made the kick off in the second half. Ulryk Kajder who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 53rdth minute tested the skills of Konrad Plachetka when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Edward Ziemniak struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Konrad Plachetka didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Young Boys. In the 56th minute of the match Borys Cieslak shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Konrad Plachetka showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A hard shot by Lukasz Bentkowski from long distance, 57 minutes into the match, got Konrad Plachetka's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. When Young Boys's Ulryk Kajder in the 59th minute got a chance for a shot 59th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the final whistle sounded Young Boys left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than GKS Gładysze.
