After a defensive mix-up in Preussenburg's zone, Aleksander Karanewski stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Filcho Múzhkarov came out of the goal and Aleksander Karanewski tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Heeriny's Tolek Limanowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marian Kloczko in the 10th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Napoleon Kasperowicz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tolek Limanowski. Heeriny's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Napoleon Kasperowicz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Tolek Limanowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marian Kloczko in the 25th minute of the match. Edward Skikiewicz charged in rather forcefully in the 26th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. When Patryk Luty fell near the penalty area in the 41st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Heeriny's protests and gave Patryk Luty a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Heeriny's Aleksander Karanewski got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Konstanty Napierkowski hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. In the 45th minute, Zbyszko Zdrojowy hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

During the 67th minute of the match Patryk Luty completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tolek Limanowski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Preussenburg's Napoleon Kasperowicz got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Milosz Walentowicz got his second yellow card in the match during the 85th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After 85 played minutes Preussenburg got a freekick which was hit by Milosz Walentowicz. Aleksander Karanewski fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filcho Múzhkarov having to interfere. Napoleon Kasperowicz in the 94thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tolek Limanowski, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Preussenburg's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
