The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Iwo Czarnecki during the 15th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Iwo Czarnecki hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Gwardia Koszalin's Tobiasz Poniewaz tried to score from far away in the 16th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Rafal Walczyk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Posucice's Emil Zyskowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmund Walicki in the 21st minute of play. If Mikolaj Hajduk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 32 minutes into the match, Edmund Walicki notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Posucice's Emil Zyskowski. Emil Zyskowski was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gwardia Koszalin's Alfred Kopacz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Gwardia Koszalin from getting a goal against them. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Zula Ewertowski took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Alfred Kopacz to make any attempt to save it. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
