Konotopa's supporters rose to their feet, but Bogdan Gozdowski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cezary Starogardzki breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Maksymilian Basaik fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cezary Starogardzki having to interfere. The Vanmoons fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Konotopa were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
