Klement Czech showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leon Madej in the 20th minute of the match. When Izydor Malewicz came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Brzustów SA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Izydor Malewicz couldn't finish the play. Konstanty Sliwinski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Teobald Nocny read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Izydor Malewicz in the 25th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Klement Czech prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Klement Czech showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Izydor Malewicz, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. 31 minutes into the game, Brzustów SA's Konstanty Tepper nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Klement Czech made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. In the 35th minute, Tolek Marek got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 42 minutes into the match, Orzeł Gołębnik's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Madej came free, but Klement Czech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gustaw Mocko's late challenge caught a Brzustów SA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gustaw Mocko helped the player get up and apologised. 48 minutes into the match, Orzeł Gołębnik's goal looked a bit too open when Izydor Malewicz came free, but Klement Czech reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Konstanty Sliwinski to make the kick off. After having played for 52 minutes, Izydor Malewicz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Brzustów SA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Izydor Malewicz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Klement Czech came out of the goal and Leon Madej tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Konstanty Tepper charged in rather forcefully in the 74th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Konstanty Tepper the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 74th match minute, Brzustów SA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Konstanty Tepper to maneuver through the defense. Izydor Malewicz blasted a shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Klement Czech having to make a save. A hard shot 83 in the game by Leon Madej from a close distance when the talented Klement Czech managed to make a qualified save. Orzeł Gołębnik's players were relieved. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leon Madej got free with Klement Czech in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Leon Madej had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
